Meet the Therapists

Rebecca D'Elena (MA 29274)
has been inspired by the healing art of massage therapy since her studies as a psychology student at Flagler College. Upon receiving her BFA, she then studied at Healthbuilders School of Massage Therapy in St. Augustine, Florida
and got her massage license in 1999. Since then she has enjoyed bringing clients an experience of relaxation and wellness with an understanding of the mind-body connection. Continuing education workshops in Intuitive Enhancement, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue and both Thai and Western Reflexology keep her inspired in her practice. She looks forward to working with you to help facilitate your own sense of balance and health!

Crystal Kling (MA 31414) is a graduate of the Florida School of Massage, class of 2000. Along with the basic massage program, she graduated with 200 hours of Sports Massage training. She has studied Integrated Massage and Personal Training and Integrative Flexibility. This work brings attention to posture and works to balance the body through lifestyle, strengthening, and stretching. It is geared toward making lasting changes in pain patterns. Crystal has also studied Myofascial, Cranial Sacral, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, and Anatomy Trains. Her intention is to help nourish the body and mind and facilitate relaxation, while also encouraging structural and functional balance.

Annie Bobrowski (MA 31410) is a longtime resident of St Augustine. Prior to graduating from the Florida School of Massage in 2000, she was active in the food coop movement here and studied herbalism and optimal nutrition with Susan Weed. All reflected the path she had chosen; massage fit right in.

Along with the basic massage training, she has completed 200 hours of Sports Massage focusing on the enhancement of performance (in the home, workplace or athletic field) and injury rehab.

Workshops over the years - myofascial techniques, movement & posture, hand reflexology & MPS therapy (sometimes called needle-less acupuncture) - provide a variety of techniques to bring to the table.

People seek massage for many reasons...stress, pain and injury, pregnancy, self-care, maintenance...Annie hopes to meet clients where they are and work together through massage toward greater ease, self awareness and well-being.
